Personal data.
Purposefully handled.
This notice explains how VEXOR handles personal data received through this website. The site follows data minimisation: proposal requests do not ask for tax IDs, billing addresses, bank details, identity documents, health data or credentials.
1. Controller and privacy channel
VEXOR — Engineering on demand, operating from Porto Alegre / RS, Brazil. Privacy and data-subject requests: vexoreng@outlook.com. Full legal identification of the supplier responsible for a transaction will appear in the relevant proposal/contract. Until full legal identification is published on the website, the website does not conclude contracts or process online payments.
2. Data and purposes
When you request contact or a proposal, we may process your name, email, phone, company, project city/country, request description, technical parameters, estimated quantity, indicative budget, desired timeline and notes. The purposes are responding to your request, scoping work, preventing form abuse, maintaining a necessary commercial history and, if a contract is formed, fulfilling contractual and legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Processing initiated by your proposal request may rely on pre-contractual steps at your request and other lawful bases applicable to the specific purpose under Brazilian data-protection law. The form checkbox records that you read this notice and requested contact; it is not marketing consent.
4. Service providers and third parties
Hosting/infrastructure providers may process data strictly to operate and secure the site. If you voluntarily choose WhatsApp, you are redirected to an external service and decide whether to send the message. This version does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Clarity, ad networks or remote fonts.
5. Retention
Server-side proposal requests are configured for automatic deletion after 90 days, unless a contract, legal/regulatory duty, exercise of legal rights or another documented need requires a different period.
6. Cookies and local storage
Only necessary technologies are used: a PHP session cookie when required for form/admin security, local storage for the cookie-notice preference and session storage to remember the opening animation during the visit. See the Cookie Policy.
7. Rights
Subject to Brazilian law and applicability, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion/blocking/anonymisation in the situations provided by law, information about sharing, portability when applicable, withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis, objection in the cases provided by law and review of automated decisions where applicable. Contact the privacy channel above.
8. Security and incidents
The website uses security controls including secure sessions, CSRF protection, request throttling, restricted administration and security headers. Relevant personal-data incidents will be assessed and notified as required by the Brazilian Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
9. Children and sensitive information
The website is intended for professional contacts and is not directed to children. Do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, card data, trade secrets or third-party personal data unless strictly necessary and lawfully shared.
